Millennials are not after the stable 9-5 job with a good salary in middle management. They crave purpose, meaning and respect. In return they will give you passion, determination and innovation.
As a leader of millennial leaders I will explain what leadership means to the millennial cohort and offer some practical ways you can help to foster those talented individuals you’ve watched climbing the ranks before someone else pinches them from you.
Jayne Perry is an experienced business leader in the United Kingdom and laterly in New Zealand. Over the past three years she has found a passion mentoring and cultivating millennial's to be leaders in their respective fields on a global stage. More4Apps, a global software company based in Hamilton, Waikato, and proud winners of the 2018 Air NZ ExportNZ Award for Best Medium Business (services). In April of this year, Jayne was a keynote speaker and led the panel discussion at the inaugural Supersession 2018 OAUG (Oracle Applications User Group) in Las Vegas on the thought-provoking and challenging topic of Employee Engagement in the IT industry.
