Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a hot topic within the business and IT space. Many organisations that have deployed RPA solutions and have not achieved the value they had anticipated.
Similarly, many organisations have an RPA platform but struggle to identify and motivate project candidates for automation and delivery.
This topic is aimed at business stakeholders and helps them understand how process intelligence (PI) can provide analytical data to identify process activities that are good project candidates for RPA and DPA initiatives.

Marc has a Bachelor of Economic Science degree (Computer Science and Economic Science) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is also a certified TOGAF enterprise architect and a certified Scrum Master.
Marc started his career as a technology-focused management consultant with Accenture in the mid-1990’s. He has led the delivery of several major enterprise transformation projects, with daily management responsibility of up to 60 developers and 60 business analysts and 60 testers.
Marc also co-founded an IT services company in the mid-2000s and with his business partner grew the company to 30 full-time staff within 3 years. More recently Marc has been working with clients in understanding their process and delivery landscapes and helping them shape their digital transformation journeys making use of RPA, DPA, Process Intelligence, LEAN agile and LEAN start-up. Marc firmly believes in using agile principles to deliver value to end customers.
Marc and his wife moved to New Zealand in 2018 and he currently leads the RPA and process intelligence (PI) business units for K2 New Zealand.
