Earlier this year the government announced the Targeted Training and Apprenticeship Fund (TTAF) which supports learners to undertake vocational education and training without fees. Even though "technology" was listed as a targeted area, the actual structure of an IT apprenticeship seems to continue to be problematic. This session allows for discussion on IT apprenticeships and other targeted industry-based training initiatives.
